Emotional tension: A lifetime remembered by one person and unrecognised by the other; intimacy meeting absence.
Scene: An oblique close view of the corner of a plain writing desk, with a single unfolded ivory letter resting near its edge. One empty chair is partly cropped behind the desk. A long cool slate window shadow crosses the dusty rose tabletop and touches the paper without covering all of it. The letter is ABSOLUTELY BLANK, no writing, no faint scribbles or pseudo text. Broad asymmetrical planes; light feels like late morning after someone has gone. Keep desk, chair, paper and shadow below y=730 and above y=1330; upper43% and bottom9% are untouched warm ivory.
